9. WALLET

9.1 The User requires a Doge Labs Wallet, or any other Wallet as indicated on the Platform to get access to and to use the Services. Doge Labs indicates supported Wallets on the Platform.

9.2 The management of Digital Assets, including the transfer of Digital Assets to the Wallet address of the User is not part of the performance of Doge Labs and is solely the responsibility of the User. The Wallet contains a cryptographic key with which the User can dispose of his Digital Assets. Doge Labs has no access to the cryptographic keys or Digital Assets of the User. The User shall ensure that it treats the Wallet, associated passwords and access data, the cryptographic key and any recovery identifiers (seeds) (together and individually the "Wallet Access Data"), confidentially and that the Wallet Access Data, insofar as it has access to it, is secured against access by third parties by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures. The User is aware that it is solely responsible for the control of its Wallet and that the loss of control over the Wallet may result in the loss of Digital Assets and that Digital Assets can no longer be disposed of.

9.3 The User is aware that Doge Labs has no influence on third-party wallet providers or the wallet operation. Doge Labs only permits the User to use a Wallet on the Platform.
