1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1 Only this Agreement shall apply to the Services. Terms and conditions of the User (as defined below) shall not apply; even if Doge Labs has not expressly objected to their application in individual cases, in particular confirmations of the User with reference to its own terms and conditions.

1.2 By using the Services, the User accepts these Terms in a legally binding manner concluding this Agreement and confirms that it has read the Terms and fully agrees to them. Should this not be the case, the use of the Services by the User is not permitted.

1.3 The User must be eligible and must have obtained all necessary consents and permissions required and must observe any formalities in any jurisdiction required to enter into and comply with the Agreement or to use the Services, under all Applicable Laws, and, in particular, complies with the provisions on anti-money laundering (section 13). The User acknowledges that Doge Labs does not give any legal advice and has not legally verified whether the User, according to Applicable Laws, is eligible to use the Services.

1.4 The User confirms that it is not a national or resident of any territory in which it is unlawful for the User to use the Services. It is the User’s sole responsibility to ensure that the use of the Services is not prohibited under Applicable Laws.
