12. LIABILITY

12.1 The liability of Doge Labs is limited to intent and gross negligence.

12.2 The above limitations of liability also apply in the case of the fault of a vicarious agent of Doge Labs as well as for the personal liability of the organs, employees and representatives of Doge Labs.
